Precision Anchorage Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Anchorage, AK and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floor concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps construction, slab foundation work, foundation installation, parking lot construction, concrete footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and permit requirements. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project at our discretion.
Any estimate or quote provided by Precision Anchorage Concrete is based on information available at the time of the site visit or initial consultation. Estimates are not binding contracts and are subject to change if site conditions, scope of work, material costs, or unforeseen circumstances differ from what was assessed at the time of the estimate.
If material changes to the scope or cost are identified during a project, we will notify you before proceeding with additional work. We do not charge for undisclosed scope changes without your prior written or verbal approval.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Estimates are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which material and labor costs may require a revised quote.
Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions, permit approval timelines, and crew availability. We make every effort to honor scheduled start dates. In the event of weather delays or other conditions outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs incurred. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on the stage of project preparation. Specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Payment terms are established in your project agreement or written estimate. In general, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling and the remainder upon project completion or as otherwise specified. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work on any project where payment is materially overdue. We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods as listed in your project agreement.
For projects requiring municipal permits, Precision Anchorage Concrete will obtain all required permits as part of the project scope unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and access necessary for permit processing. Any delays caused by inaccurate information provided by you may affect the project timeline.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable local building codes and regulations in Anchorage, AK.
Precision Anchorage Concrete warrants that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using appropriate materials for the scope and conditions of the project. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your project agreement.
We do not warrant against damage caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, ground movement, flooding, acts of nature, misuse of the installed surface, or the application of chemicals or deicing products not approved for use on concrete. Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, color variation, and surface imperfections. Minor surface variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Except as expressly stated in a written project agreement, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Anchorage Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Site, the performance of services, or any project-related matter, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Site or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
