1. Agreement to Terms
By contacting Anchorage Concrete Contractor, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers and users who access our website at www.anchorageconcretecontractor.com or use our services in any capacity.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Provided
Anchorage Concrete Contractor provides residential and commercial concrete services in Anchorage, AK and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, slabs, foundations, stamped concrete, repair and replacement, sidewalks, retaining walls, concrete leveling, steps and stairs, pool decks, and garage floor coatings.
All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by Anchorage Concrete Contractor are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Prices may change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs change after the estimate is issued. Any changes to the original scope of work will be discussed with the customer before additional charges are incurred.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for price discrepancies caused by changes in market conditions, material availability, or scope of work outside the original estimate.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of the estimate.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as outlined in the service agreement. Anchorage Concrete Contractor reserves the right to suspend or cease work on projects with outstanding unpaid balances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of obstructions on the scheduled work date. This includes moving vehicles, removing personal property, and ensuring that underground utilities have been marked before excavation work begins. Anchorage Concrete Contractor is not liable for damage to unmarked utilities.
You are also responsible for notifying us of any known site conditions, easements, property line restrictions, HOA requirements, or permit requirements that may affect the project before work begins.
6. Warranties and Workmanship
Anchorage Concrete Contractor warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing with each project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from customer misuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control such as ground movement, freeze-thaw heaving of improperly prepared subbase, or settlement caused by pre-existing soil conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate.
Hairline cracks in concrete surfaces are a normal characteristic of the material and are not covered under workmanship warranties unless they result from a documented installation error on our part.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anchorage Concrete Contractor's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
8. Cancellations and Scheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a project by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.
